Today, I’m going to show you how to simply teach Inside Zone for high school teams using 2 formations and 5 tags in order to manipulate the defense.

The benefits of this offensive philosophy are a team can line up in several formations, moving their skill players around as wanted, but keep it simple for the big bodies up front and score more points.

To the opponent, you will seem complex. But to your team, it is very simple when taught in a progression.
