Exclusive Access to a Team Handbook File
How would you like to have a season without parental concerns?
Do you need a chain of command on how parents contact you, when the can reach out, and things that are and are not up for discussion?
Would you like to give your team and its supporters the manner in which they can help. Give parents, teachers, and administrators a team handbook with all this in black and white.
You will get direct insight on a detailed list of items you can use to write your own TEAM HANDBOOK. I am saving you hours of time typing and research. Sharing the exact same file I used with great success.
This TEAM HANDBOOK outline is based on three decades of experience by reading other handbooks to create what I am sharing with you today.
Here is an outline to creating a successful TEAM HANDBOOK for your team/program. After I share the outline, I will give some advice on when this should be discussed.

When to Meet
It would behoove you to have parent/community meetings multiple times a year. Recommended times for you to meet with the parents are before practices start, end of the season, and before summer break.
I will write a post soon on the details of the pre-season, post-season, and pre-summer meetings and what is needed to communicate to the parents and players.
Editable File
This handbook is completely editable so that you can make it your own and specific for your sport.
I am sharing the outline above for free. Go to town on it and brainstorm.
I will gladly give you a 100% editable version of the TEAM HANDBOOK for the price of a burger. I am saving you hours of time and research to have a ready-made, editable TEAM HANDBOOK ready to print.
I know you will find it useful. Use this as an outline for your own team handbook and please make it your own. Add and/or delete content as you see fit.
If you would like to have a TEAM HANDBOOK that is completely editable then you can download the Team Handbook PDF. Be sure to read the details.
Here is a simple way to make massive edits all at one time: Go ahead and click “edit” on the top left of your screen and then go to “find and replace.” Type in the word “Harlingen” in the “find” and write in the name of your school in the “replace” and then click enter. Now every place I have the word “Harlingen” will now be the name of your school. It’s that easy.
